What You'll Do
You'll be the digital detective behind the scenes, helping new fans find us through search-on Google, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and beyond.
Research and recommend the best episode titles, descriptions, and keywords
Write or optimize SEO-rich summaries, show notes, and guest bios
Analyze traffic sources (via Spotify, Apple, Google Search Console, Podchaser, etc.)
Track ranking for keywords like "how to raise $100M", "private equity strategies", "real estate investing", etc.
Pitch ideas for new episode topics or content clusters based on search demand
Create backlinks through podcast directories, guest profiles, and relevant PR opportunities
What You'll Need
A solid grasp of SEO fundamentals (Yoast, Keywords Everywhere, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush welcome!)
Experience writing for the web (even if it's a blog, newsletter, or your own portfolio)
Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and basic analytics dashboards
Bonus if you're familiar with Spotify for Podcasters, Apple Podcasts Connect, or YouTube SEO
Extra bonus: You've helped grow a newsletter, blog, or podcast audience before
