What You’ll Do: Own the PR strategy for a portfolio of high-growth consumer innovation brands Lead client relationships , becoming their strategic partner, trusted advisor, and media translator Craft narratives that break through noise and land across top-tier lifestyle, business, and culture outlets Pitch and place stories with journalists across digital, print, broadcast, Substacks, podcasts, and emerging platforms Build strong relationships with editors, reporters, and producers Write sharp press materials , from founder profiles to funding stories to thought-leadership op-eds Stay ahead of trends Collaborate cross-team with content, strategy, and partnerships to amplify client storytelling Track results and translate coverage into measurable impact and growth You have 4–5+ years of PR experience , with proven results in health & wellness, parenting, and CPG spaces You’ve worked with startups, VC-backed brands, or high-growth consumer companies You bring media relationships across mainstream and target publications You’ve landed standout coverage and can speak to the strategy and storytelling behind it You’re a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who can see around corners You’re a strong writer and communicator who can simplify complex ideas into human stories You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving, high-impact environments You care deeply about the brands you represent and want to help them shape the future You are located in NYC Why You’ll Love HCM: You’ll work with category-defining brands changing how we live, work, and connect You’ll join a high-energy, no-ego team that values initiative, creativity, and ownership Hybrid NYC office designed for collaboration and culture Competitive salary, full health benefits covered by the company, 401k, and room to grow fast within a scaling agency A culture built on human-first approach with NICE people!
