Quintevents, LLC is hiring: UX/UI Designer in Charlotte

The Role As a member of our UX+UI Team, your contribution to the organization will be to leverage your background and experience to effectively support the UX+UI Strategy for all company websites from our Charlotte, NC headquarters. Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Marketing Strategy Teams Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Assess the usability of websites and make constructive suggestions for improvements while collaborating with internal teams Identify and troubleshoot UX problems Work with a team of internal backend developers on features, implementations and bug fixes Be responsible for the success, failures and accuracy of our sites including product launches, site features, layouts, etc. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback, analytical data and research Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively and efficiently Collaborate and communicate effectively with the entire marketing team Requirements Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant UX+UI role Portfolio of design projects Knowledge of HTML & CSS Strong knowledge in design tools including but not limited to Photoshop and Figma High attention to detail with advanced problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while multitasking and working with cross‑functional teams and maintaining a high quality of work Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) Fluent in responsive development Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment Resourceful, innovative, creative and flexible Organized, accurate and deadline‑oriented Friendly personality and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues Experience in Google Analytics and other analytical platforms a plus Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
