UX/UI Lead
We are looking for a visionary and strategic UX Lead to drive user experience design across our digital products. As a UX Lead, you will guide a team of UX/UI designers and researchers to deliver world-class, user-centered design solutions that are aligned with business goals.
You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving design processes, and ensuring that the end-to-end customer experience is seamless, accessible, and impactful. This role combines leadership, mentorship, hands-on design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.

You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving design processes, and ensuring that the end-to-end customer experience is seamless, accessible, and impactful. This role combines leadership, mentorship, hands-on design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy:
- Own and define the UX strategy across key digital products and platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers and researchers.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to align UX efforts with company goals.
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems and processes.
- Plan and lead user research initiatives (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics review).
- Translate insights into actionable UX deliverables: personas, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, etc.
- Ensure a cohesive and accessible experience across all user touchpoints (web, mobile, apps, etc.).
- Advocate for data-driven and inclusive design decisions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for user experience improvements.
- Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Provide clear design direction, critique, and feedback to team members.
- Drive consistency through documentation, design systems, and UI libraries.
- Present UX concepts, designs, and research findings to leadership and stakeholders.
- Expert in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Proficiency with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Framer, Axure, Protopie)
- Solid knowledge of user research tools (e.g., Lookback, Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1, ARIA)
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and project management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) and development workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Lean UX environments
- Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect
- 6+ years of UX design experience with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, user research, and end-to-end product design
- Experience designing for web, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and responsive platforms
- Proven ability to lead design thinking workshops and drive innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
