Duration: 3+ Month Contract (40 hours/week) Compensation: $125/hr W2 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Video Producer to support the Enterprise Marketing team at a fast-growing AI company. This is a highly cross-functional, operationally driven role focused on producing polished webinars, livestreams, and enterprise video content. You will own projects end-to-end — from intake and brief clarification through production and post — partnering closely with internal marketing and product stakeholders while managing external vendors and production partners. This role requires strong stakeholder management, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving initiatives. This role supports storytelling around how AI products are transforming how businesses operate. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder & Project Management (Approx. 50%) Manage intake from marketing and product stakeholders Clarify creative briefs and translate business goals into production plans Develop and maintain project timelines and milestone schedules Coordinate review cycles and navigate internal approval workflows Set expectations and enforce deadlines across cross-functional teams Open POs and manage production logistics and business affairs Relay stakeholder feedback clearly and efficiently to editors and vendors Production Management (Approx. 50%) Produce live webinars, pre-recorded webinars, and virtual events end-to-end Serve as shoot-day point of contact for crew and talent Partner with external agencies, freelance crews, and post-production vendors Oversee studio shoots (SF office) and occasional external productions Manage legal clearances, music licensing, and internal logistics (access, security, wardrobe, schedules) Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high quality bar Content Types Live webinars Pre-recorded webinars Livestreams Screen-recorded demos Tech explainer videos Talking head interviews Must-Have Requirements Candidates must meet all of the following before submission: 7+ years of professional video production experience In-house experience at a B2B SaaS tech company Experience producing live OR pre-recorded webinars Strong stakeholder management experience within an internal organization Proven ability to coordinate review cycles and navigate internal approval workflows Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines Nice-to-Haves Video editing experience (especially screen-recorded demos) Technical understanding of demo recording workflows Experience producing tech explainer videos Familiarity with streaming platforms (e.g., StreamYard, Goldcast, YouTube Live, etc.) Experience supporting product launches or major marketing moments Note: Creative production skills are a plus, but stakeholder management capability is the primary focus.
