This Senior Software Engineer will serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, aligning Salesforce and integrated systems with business strategy through solution design, configuration, and delivery. The role partners closely with stakeholders, vendors, and governance teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-value Salesforce solutions.
• Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into Salesforce technical specifications
• Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions (automation, workflows, integrations)
• Lead Salesforce enhancement design sessions and prototyping efforts
• Develop and maintain system documentation (data flows, workflows, integrations)
• Act as technical liaison for architecture and change control reviews
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met
• Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce production issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and integrations
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services environments
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in highly regulated, enterprise environments
