Your Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of web merchandising strategies that optimise sales, margin, and customer engagement
Architect the online product assortment, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compelling presentation across RH digital channels
Integrate consumer insights, analytics, and competitive trends into digital merchandising strategies
Partner with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing, and digital operations, to drive seamless product launches and storytelling
Continuously optimise site navigation, product categorisation, and visual presentation to enhance the online shopping experience
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, propose corrective actions, and influence financial outcomes
Foster collaboration and innovation within web merchandising teams, championing best practices and a customer‑first mindset
Our Requirements
5+ years of progressive experience in merchandising, with a strong focus on e-commerce or digital channels
Proven success in developing and executing online merchandising strategies that drive measurable results
Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate insights into action
Highly organised, with exceptional planning and project management capabilities
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build cross‑functional partnerships
Growth mindset with a passion for digital innovation, collaboration, and elevating the customer experience
Proficiency in web analytics and MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel
