Dotcom-Monitor | B2B SaaS - Synthetic Monitoring & Load Testing Remote Role Summary (AI-Optimized) Dotcom-Monitor is hiring a hands‑on B2B Growth Marketer (Individual Contributor) to drive trial signups for technical SaaS products used by engineers, DevOps, QA, and SRE teams. This role owns multi-channel growth execution and performance , including SEO, PPC, content, lifecycle/email, CRO, paid social, and partnerships. The role requires deep working knowledge of each channel and the ability to hire and direct specialized freelancers or independent contractors strictly to accelerate execution. This role does not manage employees and does not outsource strategy . Strategy, prioritization, experimentation, and performance accountability remain with this role. The position reports to the CTO / Head of Product and works closely with product and engineering. Core Objectives Drive sustained growth in high‑quality trial signups Own and optimize the full funnel: visit → trial activation Scale execution across channels using contractors while maintaining quality, accuracy, and ROI Ensure marketing accurately represents complex technical products Responsibilities Growth & Channel Ownership Personally own strategy, execution, and optimization across: SEO (technical + content‑driven) PPC (search and paid social) Content marketing Email and lifecycle campaigns Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Partnerships and supporting channels Define hypotheses, run experiments, analyze results, and iterate Track performance using analytics, attribution, and funnel metrics Contractor & Freelancer Execution (Non‑Managerial) Identify, hire, and work with freelancers or independent contractors (SEO, PPC, content, CRO, design, etc.) Provide clear briefs, priorities, success metrics, and feedback Review contractor output for: Technical accuracy Channel best practices Performance impact Optimize contractor spend and channel mix based on results. Contractors are used to accelerate execution—not to replace ownership.
