What You Can Expect Working in the Senior Videographer and Brand Visual Storyteller Position
LANGE is seeking a Senior Videographer & Brand Visual Storyteller. In this role, you will be the creative force behind visual storytelling across all Strategic Business Units (divisions). Your primary focus will be producing dynamic, engaging video content that showcases our people, products and culture across multiple platforms. You’ll also oversee our in‑house media studio, including podcast and photo/video sets, ensuring we maximize the space and equipment for a variety of creative needs. This hands‑on role includes capturing footage in the field, editing for various formats (short‑form, long‑form, social, web) and collaborating with our marketing and creative teams to bring our brand stories to life. You’ll be expected to demonstrate technical curiosity and a drive to continually learn and advance your craft, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Importantly, the role of AI in content creation cannot be ignored—this position requires you to leverage AI tools for tasks that do not demand your unique expertise, creative judgement and visual taste, allowing you to focus on higher‑level storytelling and brand impact. Occasional design and animation work will support your video projects.
Responsibilities
Capture, produce and edit high‑quality video content for marketing, communications and social media.
Plan and execute video shoots: scripting, storyboarding, filming (on‑site and in the field) and post‑production.
Oversee the in‑house media studio—podcast space, photo/video sets and all equipment—ensuring optimal use and maintenance across all LANGE divisions.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all video projects.
Create short‑form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and long‑form brand videos.
Support video projects with design and animation as needed (graphics, motion, titles).
Operate and maintain professional video, audio, lighting and (ideally) drone equipment.
Organize and manage digital media libraries and project files.
Collaborate with marketing, creative and external partners to align on creative direction and messaging.
Demonstrate technical curiosity by staying current on industry trends, learning new skills and advancing creative techniques.
Utilise AI tools for repetitive or non‑creative tasks, reserving your expertise for high‑impact storytelling and visual direction.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of professional videography and editing experience.
Proficient with video production tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects and/or similar.
Familiarity with professional camera, lighting and audio equipment (drone experience a plus).
Experience producing short‑form and long‑form video content for multiple platforms.
Working knowledge of graphic design and animation for video support (Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
Excellent multitasking and deadline management skills.
Demonstrated technical curiosity and willingness to continually learn new tools and techniques, including AI.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with drone video and dynamic field shoots.
Portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and branded content.
Experience overseeing a media studio or similar creative space.
Experience with motion graphics, animation and colour grading.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
