We’re looking for an Executive Assistant & Creative Producer to the CEO who will support our CEO day-to-day while documenting her travels, work, and impact through compelling visual content . This is a dynamic, travel-heavy role for someone who is adaptable, polished, tech-savvy, and excited to be at the center of executive leadership, media, and storytelling initiatives. We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant & Creative Producer to the CEO Location: El Paso (with frequent national & international travel) What You’ll Do: Manage scheduling, travel logistics, and day-to-day operations while anticipating the CEO’s needs and ensuring seamless execution before, during, and after travel. Travel with the CEO to document trips, meetings, speaking engagements, site visits, and key moments through high-quality photography and video. Plan, capture, and produce short- and long-form video content—including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, events, and documentary-style storytelling that highlights leadership, mission, and impact. Edit and prepare photo and video assets for internal communications, marketing, PR, and social media (basic to intermediate editing required). Support logistics for speaking engagements, appearances, and public-facing events, ensuring the CEO is fully supported at all times. Assist with visual content planning and posting across platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging. Work closely with marketing, communications, and executive teams to align messaging and maximize the impact of visual storytelling. Confidentiality & Professionalism Handle sensitive and high-level information with discretion, professionalism, and excellent judgment. Remain available for last-minute travel, evenings, weekends, and high-profile engagements as needed.
