Employer Industry: Video Game Commerce Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $90,000 per year Comprehensive benefits program including 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans Unlimited Flexible Time Off to promote work‑life balance Personalized career roadmap and professional development opportunities Collaborative and creative work environment focused on community and innovation What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Support the planning and execution of paid social campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation for the employer’s Ads division Assist with content creation including blog posts, email campaigns, social posts, and landing page copy Maintain an editorial and campaign calendar to ensure growth initiatives are organized and on schedule Track campaign performance and compile regular reports on key metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Create and maintain sales collateral that effectively communicates the value of the employer’s Ads services What is Required (Qualifications) 2–3 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, ad tech, or gaming Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across various formats Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple workstreams effectively Collaborative team player comfortable working with sales, product, and creative stakeholders Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager Prior exposure to B2B go‑to‑market strategy, content marketing, or field enablement Interest in or experience within the gaming or ad tech industry We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
