Job Title: Advertising Operations Manager Position Type: Full-Time Location: San Jose, CA Salary Range: $50 - $70/hr USD Job ID: #164721 About the Role We're looking for an Agency Operations Manager to help accelerate our agency ecosystem in North America. In this role, you will segment and analyze key agency types, identify gaps vs. major agency ecosystems (e.g., Google/YouTube and Meta), and build scalable operating motions to onboard and grow agency partners. You'll leverage data to drive advertiser growth through agencies, diagnose performance and product friction, and influence cross-functional teams to unlock incremental ads revenue. Responsibilities Deeply understand the segmentation of North America agencies and benchmark our agency ecosystem versus other major platforms. Support the agency team to accelerate agency acquisitions and onboarding. 2. Data-driven agency operations plan and drive revenue growth: Responsible for Agency revenue growth. Diagnose agency-level opportunities, define the operations levers and create actionable growth plans. Identify and address the key issues agencies face when growing client accounts (product/measurement gaps, performance bottlenecks, enalement or workflow friction). Led a dedicated agency growth initiative and partnered cross-functionally to drive execution, delivering incremental revenue growth. Requirements Working experience in ad tech, digital marketing, advertising and measurement, or a related field. Working experience with agencies and/or partner ecosystems, including onboarding, enablement, and success management. Excellent communication and organizational coordination abilities, skills able to influence stakeholders, align teams, and present structured recommendations. Sharp data sensitivity with strong mining and insight abilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Thinkcell/Excel Strong execution and program management skills: can drive multiple workstreams, manage ambiguity, and deliver outcomes on tight timelines. 3+ years of experience, Bachelor's degree or above. Chinese Proficient is required as successful candidates will need to communicate with the stakeholders in Asia Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting or managing agency programs for major platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.) or multi-channel performance marketing teams. Skilled in using data insights to inform communication strategies and measure their effectiveness, SQL proficiency and/or experience with data tools.
