Requirements
Must be an Undergraduate University at Buffalo Student.
- Report to Director of Media Production, Executive Board, and Chief of Staff
- Maintain a schedule of consistent office hours as required.
- Must be skilled and experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Provide SA, SA's departments, and SA-recognized clubs with graphic design services, in a timely manner, upon assignment.
- Coordinate with the Director of Media Production to ensure that graphics created at the request of a specific club are accessible through SA systems within a consistent timeframe.
- Ensure that all media created and edited is uploaded and archived in the SA Media and Marketing storage system for future reference and use.
- Attend all scheduled departmental meetings organized by the Director of Media Production
- Attend all applicable staff meetings, trainings, and activities, as well as completing any necessary preparatory tasks in advance of those meetings.
- Complete additional tasks at the direction of the Executive Board, Chief of Staff, and Director of Media Production
- Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting SA's commitment to the student body, and refrain from actions that would reflect poorly on the organization.
- Review own timesheet on a weekly basis and submit necessary corrections, to allow payroll to be processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain a strict policy of viewpoint neutrality, providing no club or organization an advantage over any other.
- Check email at least daily.
