- Proven experience in planning and executing content strategies focused on user needs and business goals
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO and social media marketing
- Ability to combine creativity with data-driven insights to build effective content strategies
- Demonstrated experience conducting industry research, competitive analysis, and ideation for new content types
- Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, syntax, structure, and sentence construction
- Hands-on experience with writing and editing tools such as Grammarly and ProWritingAid
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools
- Impeccable verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strategize, optimize, and deliver actionable, user-centric content for customers and stakeholders
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and persona mapping to generate content ideas
- Identify and define the tone of voice for different content types through persona interviews and research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content initiatives
- Conduct content audits to identify optimization and performance improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration plans
- Track content performance using analytics and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content strategy
- Ensure content consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience working with enterprise or agency-based content teams
