Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Content Strategist to plan, develop, and execute content strategies that meet user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO and social media, and the ability to translate insights into impactful content across channels.

Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills
  • Proven experience in planning and executing content strategies focused on user needs and business goals
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO and social media marketing
  • Ability to combine creativity with data-driven insights to build effective content strategies
  • Demonstrated experience conducting industry research, competitive analysis, and ideation for new content types
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, syntax, structure, and sentence construction
  • Hands-on experience with writing and editing tools such as Grammarly and ProWritingAid
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, Content Management Systems (CMS), and marketing automation tools
  • Impeccable verbal, written, and presentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strategize, optimize, and deliver actionable, user-centric content for customers and stakeholders
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and persona mapping to generate content ideas
  • Identify and define the tone of voice for different content types through persona interviews and research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content initiatives
  • Conduct content audits to identify optimization and performance improvement opportunities
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars, style guides, taxonomies, metadata frameworks, and content migration plans
  • Track content performance using analytics and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine content strategy
  • Ensure content consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and business objectives
