Job Description: AI Content Moderator (French / Italian – Switzerland)
We are seeking skilled freelancers based in Switzerland who are native or near‑native speakers of French (Switzerland) or Italian (Switzerland) .
You will support advanced AI/LLM (Large Language Model) training and evaluation projects by annotating, reviewing, and improving linguistic content.
This is a freelance, fully remote role with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Linguistic Data Annotation
Review and annotate text datasets in French or Italian (Switzerland)
Identify grammar, spelling, tone, and contextual errors
Classify and label content following structured guidelines
Flag biased, harmful, sensitive, or culturally inappropriate content
Maintain consistency and high‑quality standards across all tasks
AI Output Evaluation
Evaluate AI‑generated responses for:
Accuracy
Relevance
Switzerland‑specific cultural and contextual correctness
Provide rewrites, improvements, and quality scores
Content Writing & Editing
Create high‑quality content (prompts, dialogues, explanations, short text) in your target language (French or Italian)
Rewrite or paraphrase existing text to improve clarity, tone, and cultural accuracy
Ensure content aligns with Swiss cultural norms , expressions, idioms, and linguistic expectations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Native or near‑native speaker of French (CH) or Italian (CH)
Based in Switzerland or familiar with Swiss culture, expressions, and regional usage
Excellent writing, editing, and linguistic judgment
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to follow detailed guidelines and work with annotation tools
Comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Background in linguistics, translation, literature, journalism, or related domains
Experience in content moderation, data annotation, localization, or AI evaluation
Familiarity with generative AI tools or LLM behavior patterns
