Role Summary
Purpose
The Creative Director will lead the visual and narrative evolution of our global brand, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our commitment to sustainable luxury and modern hospitality.
Impact
This role directly influences brand equity, guest conversion rates, and the successful launch of new property portfolios across EMEA and APAC regions.
Team Structure
Leading a multidisciplinary creative studio consisting of 4 Graphic Designers, 2 Content Strategists, and a Motion Graphics Lead.
Reports To
Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Working Conditions
Travel Required: 15%
Standard business hours with occasional evening work for global campaign launches.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
