Duties and Responsibilities: Create visual materials and marketing collaterals for the company (event organizer) Develop design solutions with high visual impact for publicity and marketing purposes Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, from initial design to final production (structural and multimedia) Edit videos with motion graphics for company events Create 2D vectors for use in logos, advertisements, and videos as needed Research and develop creative concepts for company events when required Create character designs for marketing campaigns on an occasional basis Handle structural designs, graphic designs, and layout work Be present during ingress, event proper, and egress of company events Assist in setting up design elements during ingress and dismantling and packing up during egress Continue design work and provide on-site design assistance during event proper, when necessary Stay updated with current design trends, technologies, and software Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Graduate of Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or any related course At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design (experience in events is an advantage) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Dreamweaver) is an advantage Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or SketchUp Layout is an advantage Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days #J-18808-Ljbffr
