Pact is seeking a highly creative and performance-minded In-House Content Creator to develop original, scroll-stopping content that fuels our paid and organic channels. This is a contract-to-hire role designed for a creator who understands how to concept, shoot, edit, and iterate high-performing short-form video content with performance marketing in mind. You will work closely with Growth and Creative to produce content that feels authentic to the Pact brand while driving measurable business results across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other paid platforms. Location / Reporting Location: Remote Reports to: Chief Digital Officer Team: Growth/Marketing Travel: Limited Domestic travel may be required Responsibilities Create UGC-style, testimonial, product-focused, and lifestyle-driven content aligned with Pact’s brand voice and visual direction Develop multiple variations of content for testing including hooks, angles, messaging, and calls-to-action Collaborate with Growth to translate performance insights into new creative concepts Adapt creative quickly based on performance learnings and testing results Edit content natively for platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Ensure all content is optimized for retention, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and conversion Maintain organized content libraries and version tracking Stay current on platform trends, creator best practices, and evolving paid media formats Support creative scaling efforts by producing repeatable, testable content formats What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of content creation experience with a strong focus on short-form video Proven experience creating performance-driven content for paid social channels Strong understanding of performance marketing and how creative drives metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and iterate content accordingly Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) Comfortable shooting content independently (phone-first production is acceptable and expected) Ability to develop multiple content angles from one product or campaign brief Highly organized and able to manage multiple content outputs per week Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability Experience with DTC ecommerce brands preferred; apparel or fashion experience strongly preferred Strong alignment with a brand that values comfort, authenticity, and wellness-driven storytelling How to Apply: Please apply here: https://forms.gle/9BSHTLeHAF9Nt8mx6 Video content examples (must include paid social or performance-driven examples) Brief notes explaining your role in the content and any measurable performance results Applications without video examples will not be considered.
