FANTASTIC SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER OPPORTUNITY
Our client, an MEP building systems expert, is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, whose primary responsibility will be to create compelling visual assets and designs for both print and digital media. As part of the Marketing Team, you will work closely with other team members as well as other internal stakeholders, taking written or spoken ideas and converting them into impactful designs. The Senior Graphic Designer should be professionally driven and thrive in a team-oriented environment where you will create brand-forward, engaging designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams/individuals on a wide range of projects and media.
Visualize and develop compelling, high-impact designs that elevate visual assets across all channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Work independently as well as cooperatively with other Marketing Team members to manage design workflows, meet deadlines and schedule project implementation.
Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
Develop design projects from concept to final delivery.
Follow established practices for file structure in content management system.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
7+ years of experience in professional graphic design
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design or related fieldExtensive knowledge and understanding of core graphic design principles, techniques, and storytelling
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
Strong collaborative and communication skills
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint and Figma
Advanced project management skills where you will oversee multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to manage high-volume asset development
Attention to detail
Strong aesthetic, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading cross-functional creative initiatives
Must have strong portfolio across print, digital, and campaign work displaying real-world examples that demonstrate expertise in graphic design and creative conceptualization
Proven track record of managing end-to-end creative projects
Experience in 3D, video edit, motion graphics is a bonus
