Job Overview As an On-Site Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. You will be the visual voice of Metsa Power Solutions, ensuring brand consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for print and digital media, including social media graphics, email marketing, brochures, flyers, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to launch new campaigns and product releases. Maintain and evolve the Metsa Power Solutions brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to internal stakeholders. Edit and retouch photos for use in marketing materials. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Liaise with external printers to ensure high-quality production of physical assets. Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics. Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Specific Skills Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs. Develop design concepts and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and advertisements. Edit and enhance images and graphics to ensure high visual quality. Stay updated with industry trends and design software to incorporate new techniques and ideas into your work. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval. Experience in web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS. Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
