About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, organized, and social-media-savvy communicator to help scale and strengthen our influencer program. If you enjoy connecting with creators, managing conversations, and spotting what content performs best, this role gives you the chance to build something meaningful every day.
What You'll Do

• Scale daily influencer outreach from ~90 to 300+ emails using Influencer Hero
• Manage CRM activity and send personalized, friendly responses to creators
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers to grow a strong, engaged community
• Analyze top-performing content and identify similar creators to expand campaign reach
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve processes, messaging, and program performance
