Overview KRNV is looking for a Multi-Media Journalist (MMJ). Your responsibilities will include reporting, shooting and editing news stories, developing enterprise story ideas, and building contacts, along with other duties as assigned. You will be expected to produce daily content on multiple platforms including the internet, social networking sites, mobile devices, and television. Responsibilities Report and produce news stories for multiple platforms Shoot and edit video as part of story production Enterprise story ideas and develop contacts Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Sharp news judgment The ability to tell an NPPA style story Excellent technical skills The ability to work well independently Must have and maintain a valid license and a good driving record Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in journalism, broadcasting, or multimedia storytelling, including internships, freelance work, or collegiate media experience Experience with live shots is required Experience with Live-U is a plus Application While applying online, please include a link to your online demo reel EEO and Inclusivity Sinclair is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
