Multimedia Designer, Highland Capital Brokerage
Location(s): All Locations/REMOTE
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

Summary:
The Multimedia Designer is an experienced, talented designer producing creative, high-quality content that engages our customers across print and digital mediums.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team in the design and delivery of content for print, web, email, video, and social media
Apply Highland branding creatively to a variety of media
Create custom branding and designed collateral for advisors
Maintain organized content files and help to organize and archive existing files
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers (internal and external) and vendors
Engagement in the Highland brand, culture, and dedication to customer service
Effectively collaborate with IT Team and speak their language
Remain current on new developments in graphic design and marketing technology with the ability to recommend advancements for the company
Education & Experience Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
Basic Requirements Keen eye for aesthetics with strong visual communication skills, including the use of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, and balance
Experience designing for print, email, web platforms, and social media
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
Proficient in Content Management Systems (Wix & Squarespace)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, One Drive, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel) as well as the ability to learn new applications quickly
General computer skills (Mac)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
Agile project management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
A strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure
A drive to research, learn, and apply new skills to improve and expand the team’s deliverables
Team player
General understanding of our company, customer segments, and industry
Preferred Requirements Video editing and animation (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Experience with Squarespace
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience with Cvent
Experience in the financial industry, life insurance, or annuities
Working knowledge of technology-based marketing applications such as SEO in collaboration with campaigns such as Google AdWords and Analytics
Analytical aptitude with an ability to translate data into everyday language
