Dekker is hiring: Architectural Photographer in Albuquerque

Job Overview Dekker is looking for a self-starter with great organizational and communication skills to assist our architecture and design firm with project photography, headshots, lifestyle shots and other miscellaneous photography needs. Qualified candidates must have a portfolio showing a strong aptitude for photographing architecture and interiors as well as have full working knowledge of their digital camera and equipment. Responsibilities Plan, organize and conduct photoshoots independently Act as a photography assistant on select photoshoots Distribute contact sheets for team selection and organize files appropriately on servers Digital post-processing (color correction, compositing, retouching, etc.) for final distribution of selected photos Manage/track time and equipment usage for reimbursement Ability to establish good working relationships with executive level leadership, project teams, marketing and communications team Ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous projects Qualifications Formal education in photography is not required, but preference may be given to candidates with a relevant degree or coursework 1-3 years of professional experience required Experience in Architectural/Interior photography Experience in additional photography including head shots, lifestyle shots, and other miscellaneous photography assignments FAA Part 107 license preferred Experience in videography and video editing preferred Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Premiere, and After Effects Note: Please include a PDF of or a link to your portfolio, in order to be considered Dekker offers competitive benefits and salary packages based on education and experience.
