About the Job Excelya is seeking an experienced International Regulatory Affairs Officer specializing in Advertising and Promotion . Your expertise will drive the development and implementation of regulatory strategies for advertising and promotional materials, ensuring adherence to regulations across various international jurisdictions while aligning with our corporate goals. Main Responsibilities Provide regulatory advice on advertising and promotion of pharmaceutical products and medical devices across international markets. Review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with local, regional, and international regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and medical affairs, to develop compliant promotional strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Monitor and analyze changes in global regulatory requirements related to advertising and promotion, providing timely updates and guidance to stakeholders. Engage with regulatory authorities and industry associations to maintain positive relationships and facilitate the approval process of promotional content. About You We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable professional with a strong regulatory background in international advertising and promotion. Experience: Extensive experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on advertising and promotional materials within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors across various countries. Skills: In-depth understanding of global advertising regulations, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, or a related field. Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Why Join Us?
