Job Summary: As a Creative Video Producer at J.B. Hunt Transport, you will play a vital role in bringing our brand's vision to life through compelling video content. In this dynamic position, you will produce, film, and edit a variety of multimedia projects that align with our marketing strategies and business initiatives. Your contributions will support digital ad campaigns, internal communication, training programs, and recruiting efforts, allowing you to showcase your creativity and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, logistics, shooting, and post-production editing.
• Specialize in areas such as photography, animation, editing, or filming, depending on project needs.
• Be willing to travel for on-location shoots, sometimes for several days at a time.
• Collaborate effectively with the video production team and adapt to feedback in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain video production equipment, manage media assets, and ensure studio organization.
• Edit animations and incorporate visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Independently manage the shooting and editing process to deliver high-quality content.
• Implement organization standards for files, adhere to naming conventions, and utilize media asset management tools effectively.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in video production or a related field with a minimum of one year of professional experience, or at least three years of relevant experience or military equivalent.
• Demonstrable video production skills through a portfolio or reel.
• Open to travel for production needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Frame.io for content review and approval.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop).
• Experience with professional video equipment such as Sony FX6/FX3 and Blackmagic cameras.
• Strong technical skills in filming, lighting, and editing.
• Ability to work in both team settings and independently under deadlines.
• Knowledge of post-production processes and digital video specifications, including resolution and codecs.
• Skills in developing pre-production materials like scripts and shot lists.
• Solid time management and project prioritization abilities.
• Competence in color-correcting footage for final outputs.

Compensation: Your starting salary will be influenced by skills, education, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for bonuses based on company profitability or volume.
