Key Responsibilities
Cross-Marketing Support
- Assist with coordinating and executing cross-marketing initiatives across print and in-store channels
- Support promotional campaigns to ensure consistent messaging and brand standards
- Help create, update, and organize promotional signage for in-store promotional periods
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure signage aligns with promotions and visual guidelines
- Review and verify pricing accuracy on printed materials and promotional pieces
- Assist in correcting discrepancies and maintaining up-to-date pricing information
- Support planogram execution and updates as needed
- Assist with visual merchandising projects to enhance product presentation and customer experience in store
- Provide administrative and project-based support to the Marketing and Visual teams
- Help maintain organized records of marketing and visual materials
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work onsite in the Bowling Green, KY office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in marketing, visual merchandising, and retail presentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Basic familiarity with design tools or retail environments is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on experience in marketing and visual merchandising
- Exposure to real-world promotional planning and execution
- Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Development of professional skills in organization, communication, and creative execution
- Potential to continue the internship beyond the initial 12-week period if desired
