We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer II who can create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation to support products, services, and internal processes. This role collaborates closely with engineering, product, support, and marketing teams to translate complex technical information into accessible content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain user guides, installation manuals, FAQs, release notes, and online help content.

Work with subject matter experts to gather and validate technical information.

Manage documentation repositories and version control using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, or Git.

Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and alignment with company standards.

Track and deliver multiple documentation projects within deadlines.

Work Environment:

Office-based, hybrid, or remote depending on company policy, with occasional travel as needed.
