Position Overview We are seeking a driven and strategic Marketing Coordinator and Brand Growth Manager to lead marketing initiatives, grow digital presence, build relationships, and coordinate all brand activity. You will work directly with ownership and coordinate with our Media Producer to execute a high level marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy and Coordination Develop and manage weekly content calendar Coordinate filming schedule with videographer Script and outline video concepts Manage professional photography for completed homes Oversee website updates, portfolio uploads, and SEO improvements Maintain consistent brand standards across all platforms Social Media and Digital Growth Manage Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Optimize titles, thumbnails, and descriptions Track analytics and adjust strategy for growth Coordinate paid advertising efforts when appropriate Build and manage email marketing campaigns Podcast Management Identify and book high quality guests for The Real Build Coordinate scheduling and pre show preparation Maintain guest relationships Explore sponsorship and partnership opportunities Relationship Development Attend networking events representing R.K. Reiman Construction Build relationships with realtors, architects, designers, and high net worth individuals Set strategic meetings for ownership Follow up and nurture partnerships Event and Community Strategy Coordinate charitable initiatives Plan branded community events Increase company visibility within Naples and Marco Island Reputation and Lead Generation Implement systems to gather testimonials and reviews Track marketing ROI and lead generation Improve website conversion strategySupport CRM follow up systems Qualifications Strong understanding of marketing strategy and brand growth Comfortable on camera with a professional presence Excellent communication and networking skills Organized, self motivated, and results driven Experience in luxury real estate, construction, or high end services preferred Event coordination experience is a plus Compensation Performance bonuses tied to measurable growth and lead generation Clear path to Director of Marketing as company expands If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and a portfolio of your work.
