We are seeking a Social Digital Creative Producer to own the full lifecycle of paid social ad creative, from concept through final production and launch. This is not just a filming or editing role. You will develop original concepts, structure persuasive messaging, direct in-office shoots, produce high-performing assets, and collaborate closely with Paid Media to drive measurable performance improvements. The ideal candidate understands direct-response marketing and knows how to create thumb-stopping, conversion-focused creative that lowers cost per qualified lead. Key Responsibilities Develop original ad concepts aligned with campaign goals and structured testing roadmap Write and structure compelling hooks, scripts, and short-form messaging Plan and direct in-office shoots (attorneys, testimonials, educational content, UGC-style formats) Film high-quality vertical video content optimized for Meta placements (Reels, Feed, Stories) Edit performance-driven video ads for paid social campaigns Design supporting static image ads when needed Produce multiple creative variations per concept to enable disciplined testing Collaborate closely with the Paid Media Buyer to align on KPIs and performance goals Analyze creative performance data and iterate based on results Own projects from initial idea through final live deployment Qualifications 4+ years creating paid social ads (Meta experience required) Strong understanding of direct-response creative and hook-driven ad structure Proven experience developing original ad concepts, not just editing existing footage Comfortable directing on-camera talent in a professional environment Proficient in filming and editing short-form vertical content Ability to execute multiple new concepts per week in a fast-paced environment Portfolio demonstrating conversion-focused ad creative and measurable results What Success Looks Like A consistent pipeline of new, testable ad concepts and iterations Clear strategic thinking behind each creative initiative Measurable improvements in CTR, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead Fast iteration cycles informed by real performance data Creative output that directly contributes to lower acquisition costs and increased signed cases Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $75,000–$100,000 annually , based on experience and performance Robust PTO program , including time-off accrual and firm-recognized holidays 401(k) retirement savings program Performance-based bonuses tied to measurable impact and results Clear growth and advancement opportunities within a scaling organization Culture & Perks Supportive, team-oriented environment built on accountability and collaboration Regular firm-wide events, team outings, and company celebrations Fully stocked kitchen with snacks, beverages, and coffee Growth-focused culture with meaningful advancement pathways Leadership team that values ownership, performance, teamwork, and excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
