Our client is seeking a dedicated and innovative Content Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Content Manager, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources & Workplace Experience department, supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem‑solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title Content Manager Location Overland Park, KS What's the Job? Attend discussions on content requirements and employee/leader needs to gather insights and inform content strategies. Make recommendations for content approaches aligned with user experience and design frameworks. Collaborate with content owners to ensure timely follow‑up and effective content delivery. Publish content in SharePoint and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), managing assets, metadata, tagging, and permissions. Manage digital assets, facilitate the implementation of new processes, and enhance the digital asset management system. What's Needed? At least 5 years of relevant experience in content management, design, publication, or related fields. Experience working with or serving as an administrator of digital asset management systems, including SharePoint and Adobe AEM. Proficiency in managing collections, uploading, tagging assets, and facilitating system rollouts. Strong background in user research, testing, and project/program management.
