Who we are looking for We're seeking a Social Manager, Content & Publishing to join VML’s large and growing social marketing team. This individual will be working on an automotive dealer and joining a team of social media strategists and community managers.
You're an organized, detail‑oriented campaign orchestrator who loves learning the ins and outs of tools, technology and processes. This is a client‑facing role, and you'll help plan, coordinate and execute a brand’s social content and programs.
What you’ll do Organize, QA, configure, tag and schedule social media content for publishing, ensuring compliance with channel specs, legal and regulatory guidelines
Create and manage social media content calendars in partnership with social strategy lead
Execute social media campaigns, including user‑generated content (UGC), influencer programs and real‑time activations
Publish content across various social media platforms
Assist in conversation themes/trends spotted in the community/comments section
Light copywriting, native social editing, and content capture/creation
Occasional travel to dealer sites
Who you are 1–3 years experience in social media marketing or community management
Understanding of social platforms including how they work and how consumers use them
Experience working with Sprout Social, Sprinklr or other publishing tools
Experience or interest in content creation
Collaborative, detail oriented, and great problem solver
Interest or experience in automotive category is a nice to have but not required!

Compensation The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000 – $100,000 USD.
