Our family, residing in Saint James City, Florida, is in search of a responsible and caring individual to provide occasional childcare for their four primary school-aged children. This live-in opportunity offers a competitive rate of $14.00 per hour. The ideal candidate should have previous childcare experience and be available to work on an occasional basis, catering to the family's needs. Responsibilities include engaging the children in age-appropriate activities, assisting with light household chores, and ensuring their safety and well-being. One child has type 1 diabetes and requires around the clock monitoring. We are in need of occasional live-in care when my husband and I are out of town. All food is included but must have basic kitchen and meal prep skills. Must have driver's license. Gas money and vehicle for transportation is included during stay. Additional money provided for any excursions with the children. Care for 12-year-old with type 1 diabetes is at the heart of your time here. Must be fully knowledgeable in diabetes (understanding high and low blood sugars and how to properly treat those numbers).
