Position Overview
The Print Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality output. This role plays a key part in production by maintaining machine performance, monitoring print quality, and ensuring that all jobs meet required color and quality standards. Our printing operation primarily produces
standard print designs on PET felt acoustic panels , requiring strong attention to detail and consistent color accuracy. The operator will work closely with the production team to maintain efficient workflow and reliable output. Key Responsibilities
Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance of the printing machine, ensuring proper cleanliness, calibration, and operational readiness. Monitor the printing process to ensure each job meets required color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality standards. Print designs onto
PET felt acoustic panels , ensuring proper alignment, color fidelity, and finish quality. Adjust machine settings and technical parameters as needed to maintain color consistency and print quality. Verify that each job is produced according to specifications before moving forward in production. Identify and report equipment issues or irregularities and assist in resolving problems to minimize downtime. Maintain organized work areas and follow all company safety and quality procedures. Communicate with production leadership regarding job progress, quality concerns, or equipment performance. Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow production schedules and meet deadlines. Experience working with UV Printers preferred.
