Partner with physicians and operational leaders to analyze productivity, quality, and financial performance Translate business questions into defined metrics and reporting requirements Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting to track performance Conduct feasibility analyses for new programs and service line expansions Extract and analyze data from EHR systems and develop advanced reports using SQL and Excel What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred) 4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial analysis, or business performance analysis Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI Experience working with EPIC or similar EHR systems Strong financial and workforce modeling and analytical skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in physician enterprise or multi-site healthcare environments Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and cost accounting Experience collaborating with enterprise data engineering teams Benefits
