Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Community Association Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Community Association Manager will oversee daily operations of assigned communities, collaborate with board members, vendors, and homeowners, manage budgets, and coordinate property maintenance. Responsibilities include organizing board meetings, preparing financial statements, enforcing community policies and covenants, and ensuring successful execution of community projects. The role requires excellent communication and leadership abilities to maintain positive relationships and ensure community satisfaction.

Qualifications

Community Management and Property Oversight: Experience in managing homeowner associations, condominiums, and coordinating maintenance projects.

Financial Management and Reporting: Proficiency in budget planning, financial reporting, and fiscal responsibility for community associations.

Communication and Coordination: Strong skills in written and verbal communication, relationship management with board members, vendors, and residents.

Organizational and Leadership: Ability to manage multiple communities, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide guidance to support staff and community boards.

Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Certification in community management (e.g., CMCA, AMS, or PCAM) is preferred.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and Excel is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
