About The Role Welltower is a leading real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and managing exceptional properties across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Our investments are centered on seniors housing, outpatient medical facilities, and age-restricted multifamily properties, aiming to scale innovative care delivery models and enhance the wellness and healthcare experience. We seek experienced and analytical real estate professionals to join our investment and asset management teams. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in multifamily or hospitality operations with a desire to innovate and enhance customer experiences in the growing 55+ and Independent Living residential segments. This role involves overseeing asset performance, analyzing and executing investments, and collaborating with operational partners to drive value and improve outcomes for residents and stakeholders.
