HR Director

Threescore Agency is seeking an HR Director to report to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, you will lead HR initiatives for a sizable workforce, partner with leadership teams to enhance organizational effectiveness, and develop strategies in areas such as employee relations, compensation, staffing, and development. You will also play a key role in driving organizational change. Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, effectiveness, talent management, total rewards, workforce planning, change management, employee engagement, and leadership development. Contribute to the HR Leadership Team and client partner groups as a thought leader in Strategic HR. Develop organizational strategies by researching HR issues, providing analysis and recommendations, and aligning HR objectives with organizational goals. Create and implement a Talent Management plan that includes organizational design, succession planning, talent development, and strategic acquisition. Lead and manage an HR team of about 10 employees, providing generalist HR support. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies to foster a positive work environment. Drive employee and organizational engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. Over 10 years of progressively increasing HR responsibility. 5+ years of leadership experience in building and leading teams. Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR and organizational initiatives. Skilled in coaching and advising senior executives on critical business issues. Strong background in Labor and Employee Relations, with direct negotiating experience preferred. Willingness to travel domestically about 20% of the time.
