Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical support for FPI services, including telematics and data services
Diagnose and resolve customer issues through guided step-by-step solutions
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams, including Project Management and Customer Success Managers
Capture and report on customer support issue trends to management
Update customer and internal knowledge bases based on support interactions
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience
Previous experience with a Percepta or Ford program is advantageous
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or college degree preferred
Understanding of operations program handling processes
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Empathy and awareness of customer loyalty drivers
