Licensed Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven professional who understands the nuances of the Bay Area market, values independence and accountability, and thrives in a collaborative, relationship‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Identify, evaluate, and pursue commercial real estate opportunities across office, industrial, retail, and investment sectors

Conduct in-depth market research and financial analysis to advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing strategies

Originate and negotiate transactions from initial underwriting through contract execution and closing

Build and maintain long-term client relationships with property owners, tenants, and investors

Market properties using a combination of strategic positioning, technology platforms, and direct outreach

Collaborate with senior brokers and team members while managing your own career within the firm’s business-driven framework

What We’re Looking For

Active California Real Estate License

Strong knowledge of San Francisco and Bay Area commercial real estate markets

Proven ability to source deals, negotiate effectively, and close transactions

Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating in an independent, performance-based environment

Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage CRM tools, market data, and digital marketing platforms

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
