Customer Service Representative

Overview
Organize daily orders to ensure correct on-time shipping. Communicate with various departments on topics related to shipping and warehousing. Work with Planning Team to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and address customer incidents. Verify availability of material required for shipment completion. Proactively analyze warehouse systems to identify reasons behind potential shipment delays and execute corrective actions. Communicate shipping requirements to warehouse personnel.
Workplace considerations Lifting products/materials up to 40 lbs (weight). Standing, walking, bending and twisting as required to complete job tasks. Must be willing to work 1st or 2nd shift and extended hours, including Saturdays as needed.
Your profile Basic qualifications: High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. 1+ years of warehousing experience. 1+ years of customer service experience. 1+ years of Microsoft Office applications experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Must be willing to work overtime, same-day notice.
Preferred qualifications: Shipping experience. Proficient in English language (read and write). Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work as part of a Team. Warehouse management systems such as SAP, AS400, Red Prairie, etc.
