Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Managers to oversee the daily operations of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of our properties, while providing exceptional customer service to our tenants. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Advertise and market available properties to attract prospective tenants Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information Stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations regarding property management Requirements
Previous experience in property management or related field preferred Strong knowledge of office administration and property management software (CMMS) Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus Understanding of property leasing laws and regulations Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience in facilities management is desirable Bilingual (English/Spanish) Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants Knowledge/Experience in Yardi strongly preferred Additional Info
