Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role located in Boston, MA. As a Real Estate Agent at Core Property Group, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice, conducting property tours, and negotiating on behalf of clients. You will be tasked with managing contracts and paperwork, staying informed on market trends, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with a team to meet sales goals and deliver a seamless client experience. Qualifications Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Comprehensive knowledge of the local real estate market and property trends Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including customer service expertise Proficiency with real estate legal documentation, contracts, and processes Valid real estate license in Massachusetts (required) Experience in leveraging real estate software platforms and tools is a plus Drive and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets
