
Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Overview
Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Newnan, GA. I have been a State Farm agent since 1999. I am a third generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of University of Georgia. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Honor Club, SVP Club, and Bronze Tablet.
Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
