The Transit/Rail Department Leader & Client Account Manager – Pacific Northwest will need to be a growth minded leader who can support the Division Manager and work collaboratively with other senior leadership and mentor staff in a dynamic setting to drive business development, capture management, account management, project management, project delivery, technical excellence and quality, while ultimately growing a profitable business. The ideal person would be a civil engineer with delivery experience, and both growth and P&L experience. Responsibilities

Act as an external leader for AECOM and maintain a visible profile in the region Build and cultivate a high performing team that thrives in a fast-paced growth environment Support growth, strategy, and sale of AECOM’s Transit-Rail Services Embody AECOM’s Safeguard value consistently, and drive a culture that puts safety first Demonstrate relentless customer focus by developing meaningful relationships, identifying and adding value to client needs, and ensuring a client driven culture Work closely with operations and other leadership as it relates to staffing, recruiting, retention, employee engagement Support project performance, quality, safety, technical excellence, and business unit profitability Help build a strong and thriving culture in the West Coast that promotes equity, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and innovation Lead negotiations of contractual and financial agreements with clients and sub-consultants Thinking strategically while driving the financial execution of the P&L for the Division BA/BS and 12+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership experience Qualifications

Preferred: Registered Civil Engineer in Washington BS Civil Engineering Demonstrated leadership and managing large teams with prior P&L experience Ability to scope/estimate complex projects Track and manage task budgets and schedules Ability to build broad internal and external networks and communicate to inspire and lead others Ability to teach and mentor technical staff with relevant technical skills and tools Team-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision Ability to communicate clearly and simply to clients, leadership, and technical staff Ability to balance various responsibilities and deadlines while maintaining professionalism and quality Visa sponsorship
