Hybrid contract role in Tualatin. Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles across multiple U.S. sites Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract top candidates Facilitate salary negotiations and ensure competitive offers Coordinate offer management and onboarding to create a seamless candidate experience What We're Looking For 3+ year of recent corporate or technical recruiting experience, ideally in or in support of manufacturing Experience supporting offer negotiations Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems Benefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees: Medical Dental Vision Short-Term Disability Term Life and AD&D Identity Theft Protection Prescription Plan 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Pay:
$50-54/hr depending on experience Schedule:
