Deliver, for Johnson and Johnson, supports the J&J Vision Global Deliver team by implementing a strategy that ensures reliable supply through Deliver integration in E2E processes and orchestrates routine execution within regional deliver operations. This integral position represents Surgical Vision Deliver through balanced roles with Plan-Source-Make on Global Surgical Vision SCLT and provides Deliver perspective on key E2E projects. Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Deliver, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Global Deliver Director to support the J&J Surgical Vision business & Vision complex programs located in Jacksonville, Florida. Deliver is a global organization responsible for customer logistics services across multiple regions. The role focuses on leadership of Deliver within the Surgical Vision area, integrating Deliver into core planning processes and driving operational excellence with the goal of enhancing the Customer Promise. Key Responsibilities
Leads regional Deliver teams to shape a cohesive customer experience and roadmap, define and deliver customer logistics collaboration priorities, set customer service SLAs, and orchestrate day to day, transactional customer service activities including call handling and issue resolution. Leads regional segment Deliver teams to define distribution / transportation and optimization priorities, set SLAs and orchestrate day to day, transactional activities required to ensure reliable supply. Member of Vision Global Deliver Leadership Team & Surgical Vision End-to-End Leadership Team. Deploys business strategy through high impact E2E programs, including program management, budget, outcomes, and change management. Develops talent through direct reports & E2E team; sponsors and mentors key talent across E2E supply chain; builds leadership capabilities in the team. Shared accountability for OTIF-D (On-Time In Full at Delivery) within E2E SC; drives structured problem solving for failure modes linked to Deliver; collaborates to address E2E issues. Shared accountability with E2E SC for optimizing inventory levels, visibility, analytics; provides access to inventory implications of E2E planning, service levels, cost to serve, product flows and network design. Shared accountability with E2E SC to ensure robust compliance foundation including trade compliance, CLS Quality, EH&S, and financial compliance. Partners with E2E SC and J&J compliance pillars to set compliance agenda, monitor performance, surface and drive rapid resolution of compliance risk; drives trade compliance for the segment. Bridges commercial and supply chain to bring VoC, NPS and customer experience insights to assess performance against a cohesive customer promise. Supports E2E supply chain by integrating Deliver within core planning processes (rapid response, issue management, strategic capacity planning, S&OP, and E2E product flow optimization). Aligns Deliver resources to support BD activities (e.g., due diligence) and ensures integration/separation projects are appropriately resourced from a Deliver perspective at global and regional levels. Proven ability to balance focus across operations and customers, global and regional, enterprise and segment. Demonstrates impact in complex leadership roles with an E2E approach and collaborative, influence-based leadership. Drives integration of Deliver Operations with S&OP, LRFP, and Short-Term Exceptions/Issue Management processes. Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 10 years of related business experience. Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in or partnering with supply chain functions. Minimum of 2 years people management experience. Demonstrated ability to lead complexity across a broad product portfolio. Position located in Jacksonville, FL; may require up to 25% domestic and international travel. Preferred Skills
MBA, Master’s degree, or other advanced degree. Understanding of Value Stream, STEM, or S&OP processes. Experience in a regulated environment or consumer packaged goods.
