
Sr Sales Representative - Aerospace Connectivity (TX, OK, LA, MS, AR, TN)

Overview
As a Senior Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, and provide strategic insights to senior management. You will report directly to our Senior Sales Director, and you’ll work remotely out of the south territory (TX, AR, OK, LA, MS, AL, TN). In this role, you will impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership. Your expertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly influence Honeywell's position in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer relationships, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. Provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. Manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. Travel up to 70%. YOU MUST HAVE
5 or more years of experience in technical sales on business aviation experience. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Passion for sales and achieving results. Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales performance improvement. The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $95,000 - $120,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $100,000 - $125,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
