As an

Account Executive , you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the small and mid-sized business segment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with business owners, understand their operational challenges, and demonstrate how LiveSwitch’s technology can improve efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance customer communication. This role offers a strong foundation for individuals who want to

develop advanced sales capabilities and progress into leadership positions over time. You will manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach through contract execution. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Business Development

A significant portion of the role involves proactive outreach to prospective clients. Our sales organization emphasizes consistent pipeline development through structured outbound activity. Account Executives typically average

125+ outbound calls per day

to identify businesses that can benefit from the platform.

Product Demonstrations You will conduct live product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value of the LiveSwitch platform and how it addresses operational challenges faced by small business owners. Sales Cycle Management & Closing You will manage opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and contract signing while consistently meeting monthly revenue targets. Career Development & Advancement
