Sales Executive Assistant - CTV & Legal Advertising | Palm Springs, CA

Overview We\'re a design, content, and media company that builds full-funnel marketing systems for law firms. CTV production, programmatic streaming, conversion-first websites, editorial SEO, attribution. One firm per market. Every dollar traced to a signed case.

We track $150M+ in monthly legal ad spend across 210 US markets. Firm by firm. Channel by channel. Our clients don\'t share leads, buy vendor lists, or guess where the money goes. They own their market.

The Role You\'re the person who gets qualified firms on calls and helps them see the data. We\'ve got hundreds of qualified prospects per market, full competitive intelligence on every firm, and a creative/editorial/brand team ready to build proposals. You close retainers.

This isn\'t cold calling into a void. You\'ll have:

Full market data on every DMA (spend by firm, channel mix, streaming gaps)

Competitive audits with keyword gaps, backlink profiles, content analysis

Visual design specs, CTV production samples, brand system examples

A creative director, editorial team, and engineering team behind every proposal

CRM with enriched contacts, verified emails, and sequence infrastructure

Your job is outreach, dialing, relationship building, and getting decision-makers on calls. We handle everything after the handshake.

What You're Actually Doing

Working qualified lists of PI firms in target markets (100-200+ per DMA)

Running outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone)

Booking and running discovery calls with managing partners, CMOs, marketing directors

Presenting market data and audit findings on calls

Coordinating with creative/brand team on custom proposals

Closing flat-retainer agreements

Tracking activity, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity

What We're Looking For

Fast on a Mac. Not "I can figure it out." Fast. Keyboard shortcuts, multiple desktops, terminal comfort. You live in macOS.

CRM fluency. Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, whatever. You\'ve managed pipelines, run sequences, tracked deals. Not "familiar with." Fluent.

Analytical. You read a spreadsheet and see the story. You look at a market data table and know which firms to call first and why.

Professional on calls. Law firm partners are busy, skeptical, and sharp. You match their energy. Confident without pushy. Data-led, not salesy.

Outreach experience. You\'ve done cold email, cold call, LinkedIn outreach. You know what gets replies and what gets blocked.

Advertising or media background preferred. If you\'ve sold digital advertising, programmatic, CTV, paid media, or marketing services before, you\'re ahead. If you\'ve sold to law firms, you\'re way ahead.

Local to Palm Springs / Coachella Valley. Hybrid role. You need to be here.

Comp Structure Base salary + uncapped commission on closed retainers + quarterly bonuses tied to pipeline metrics. Retainers are monthly recurring. The comp compounds.
